Terms of Service

These terms apply to champion.io and Champion Studio (“Champion”). By creating an account or using Champion you agree to them. If you use Champion for a business, you accept them for that business.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- We may pause or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or show signs of abuse.
Your content
You own what you create. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run Champion for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
Acceptable use
- No spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- No attempts to access other accounts or data, overload the service, or get around limits or security.
- No reselling Champion without our written permission.
Visitor tracking and tracking codes — site owner responsibilities
If you turn on visitor tracking or add tracking codes (analytics, pixels or other scripts) to your site, you agree to:
- Comply with the privacy, cookie, marketing and consumer laws that apply to you and your visitors (for example GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws).
- Publish your own privacy notice that accurately describes the tracking on your site, and get consent where the law requires it.
- Keep Champion’s form notice (that visits may be linked to submitted details) switched on and accurate, and not remove or hide it where it is required.
- Only add tracking codes you are entitled to use, and take responsibility for the data those third parties collect.
- Respond to your visitors’ requests to access or delete their data; we will help you do so.
- Not use visitor data to discriminate, harass, or for any unlawful purpose.

Email and sending limits
- Account emails (confirmation, password reset, security) are sent only to your own login email.
- Email you send through Champion is subject to sending limits that may depend on your plan or trial, and must go only to people who agreed to hear from you. Include a working unsubscribe link in marketing email.
- We may hold, limit or stop sending that causes complaints, bounces or looks like spam.
Payments
Paid plans and payments you take through Champion are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms. Prices and plan limits are shown before you buy. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
Service changes and availability
We work to keep Champion available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes.
Disclaimers and liability
Champion is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Champion at any time. You can ask us to export or delete your data at support@champion.io.
